I have learnt heaps and continue learning each day from understanding market trends. The market fluctuates with seasonal trends, buyer demand, and the impact of economic/interest rates.

The Northern Beaches has its unique characteristics, with varying property values based on proximity to the beach, and lifestyle factors. Being a Northern Beaches local and through my experience, I have developed a deep understanding of the local market, which helps to guide buyers toward the best suburb for their lifestyle and the right properties that align with this.

Putting in place different strategies to help buyers secure the best possible deal, such as analysing market data to determine fair prices, identifying seller motivations, and leveraging buyer demand. My experience has taught me how to navigate negotiations effectively to protect my client's interests.

The real estate landscape is ever-evolving, with shifting market conditions, new technologies, and changing client expectations. Throughout my career, I have learnt to adapt and embrace these changes. Over the years, there has been a noticeable increase in the representation of women in real estate, including buyer's agents. More women are pursuing careers in the industry, breaking through gender barriers and challenging traditional norms. This shift has resulted in a more diverse and inclusive real estate landscape.

Women in real estate have recognised the importance of networking and advocating for one another. Various organisations, associations, and support groups have emerged to promote women's professional advancement, provide mentorship, and create a sense of community.
