We changed the way we did business for a period. But overall I've been very lucky that our industry has boomed.

Two ears and one mouth for a reason. Listen more than you speak, and be patient.

Surround yourself with the best in the business. Be a sponge, learn every area before deciding what path you want to take. Its not easy and takes time.
